Job Summary

Lead and manage the Test Equipment (TE) Integrated Product Team (IPT) through requirements, development, integration, and delivery for Tomahawk modernization. Oversee system integration, troubleshooting, and failure investigations, and generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans. Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources with the Program Manager, manage technical risks, and guide cross-functional engineering teams building test environments and systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the TE IPT through requirements definition, development and integration, and delivery.
•Lead system integration activities and oversee troubleshooting and failure investigation efforts.
•Generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to support delivery.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, software, firmware, modeling and simulation, and algorithm teams) to align on objectives.
•Work with the Program Manager to define schedules, budgets, and resources; manage risk, technical challenges, and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
•Integration experience including hardware, software and/or firmware.
•Experience with software languages such as Java, C, C++, plus scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl, and MATLAB for data analysis.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
