Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload and load raw material from trucks and/or other departments to keep product flow smooth and efficient.
  • •Move raw material safely, dispose of scrap, and store/space/deliver materials or products.
  • •Operate forklifts and receive training on powered material handling equipment (e.g., walking crane or hoist).
  • •Stack pallets and arrange/palletize and secure materials as needed.
  • •Use the spotter truck to move flatbed and dry van trailers as needed and perform 5S/continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Valid state issued driver’s license required.
  • •Reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX (no relocation benefit offered).

  • •Lift up to 50 lbs alone occasionally to frequently, and up to 100 lbs with assistance occasionally (stooping, reaching, bending).
