Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5–8 years of relevant technical/engineering experience, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Deep understanding of satellite communications, including key players, products, technology, and industry regulations/standards.
  • •Strong technical support experience in the satellite communication industry.
  • •Experience operating satellite communication systems in LEO, MEO, and GEO, including troubleshooting technical products and systems.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • •Willingness to travel and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
