Lead engineering operations for Rockefeller Center Operations, overseeing 24/7/365 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, emergency power, and BMS systems across NY, NJ, and Washington, DC. Manage union staff, budgets, KPIs, incidents, and MOP/SOPs while partnering with utilities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure integrity and reliable operation of critical facilities infrastructure systems supporting 99.999% on-air performance.
•Operate, maintain, and implement MEPFP systems, including installation and monitoring of BMS/EPMS and related dashboards.
•Manage union-represented staff (approximately 45) and provide 24/7/365 coverage for facilities.
•Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, track work tickets and productivity, and manage vendor relationships to meet KPIs.
•Lead incident reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and establish MOPs and SOPs; oversee MEP projects with third-party engineers and contractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years managing critical MEP systems, including strong knowledge of MEPS and BMS systems.

•Ability to clearly articulate technical information across different technical levels and develop concise presentation materials.
•Must be able to work on-site full-time and provide 24/7 availability for emergencies and unforeseen issues.
