Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the regional Gaming strategy to position Mercado Libre as the leading gaming category in Latin America, analyzing market trends and competitive context
•Manage commercial relationships with top regional gaming brands and act as the strategic point of contact between Mercado Libre and manufacturers, monitoring performance through KPIs
•Track and correct deviations in strategy execution across country operations, coordinating corrective actions with local teams
•Prepare commercial proposals for brands, including business plans, sell-out projections, and activation strategies
•Coordinate efforts with country teams and cross-functional areas (Product, Ads, Marketing, Finance) to ensure timely deployment of regional initiatives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
•At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or commercial management roles
•Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets; SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker and/or BigQuery experience is desirable
•Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
•Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
