Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service to members and guests while supporting day-to-day Golf Operations at the Golf Pro Shop and leisure facilities. Welcome guests, process golf check-ins and bookings, assist with retail sales and merchandising, and provide golf and resort guidance. Manage golf and tennis bookings, run competition and tee sheet tasks, prepare carts and equipment, handle opening/closing and cash duties, maintain RSA standards, and support general upkeep.

•Manage bookings for golf and tennis facilities and support daily golf operations (competition administration, tee sheet management, field marshalling).
•Complete opening/closing procedures, cash handling and Pro Shop administration, maintain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards, and assist with equipment, carts, and general upkeep.
