Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct manufacturing and material handling activities during shift and administer plant policies for direct reports.
  • •Responsible for on-the-job training, safety rule enforcement, and maintaining incident reports and corrective actions.
  • •Manage employee schedules and optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials, including overtime scheduling.
  • •Maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate implementation of approved process/procedure changes.
