Production Supervisor

Oversee all plant production activities on a 12-hour night shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company/plant policies while meeting production schedules and customer requirements. Lead and develop hourly staff, manage work schedules and overtime, conduct on-the-job training, and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate performance, address employee concerns, and coordinate process/procedure changes. Maintain safe working conditions, including lockout/tagout and incident corrective actions.
