Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other paid social channels.
•Experiment with newer platforms to uncover growth opportunities for Mexican and Canadian audiences.
•Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with local buyer behavior.
•Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution—from audience targeting to ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization.
•Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and collaborate with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, and other teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience with Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; Reddit or emerging platforms a plus.
•Experience managing paid social budgets in Mexico and/or Canada with understanding of local media landscape and audience dynamics.
•Skilled in building campaigns directly in platform-native tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
•Experience with high-growth SaaS products; deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and MarTech stack (Salesforce, Marketo).
•Proven ability to build and scale paid social channels with data-driven decision making and strong collaboration across teams.
