Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end supply chain performance and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction and Thales financial goals, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, product availability, and repair WIP turnaround time.
  • •Coordinate customer demand, orders, and supply requirements by processing/acknowledging orders, driving production schedules, validating supplier availability, and securing recovery plans for potential stockouts.
  • •Plan and manage repair WIP and product availability by prioritizing repair work, maintaining sufficient serviceable units for dispatch, forecasting consumption, and participating in Sales & Operations Planning calls.
  • •Monitor and control inventory across forward stocking locations, Thales stock, rotable pools, 3PL locations, and repair WIP; recommend stock positioning/safety stock strategies and maintain accurate serial/part status/location records.
  • •Ensure contractual shipping, returns, and customer-service requirements are met by coordinating shipments, using EDI/customer portals as required, tracking international shipments, creating RMAs for quality issues, and completing monthly program reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1-3 years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant supply chain work experience.
  • •Experience in program management and inventory management, and customer support operations (preferred).
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to lead discussions with suppliers, customers, and Thales personnel including senior management.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
  • •Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong knowledge of EDI/B2B flows.
