Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets using metric analysis and best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards to ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences.
•Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and provide feedback to store leadership.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility.
•Process POS transactions and inventory activities (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) and lead omni-channel/virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
