•Lead a section of Project Management personnel across Toronto, providing team direction and performance oversight.
•Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients, including cross-selling initiatives.
•Line management for Senior Consultants, Consultants and Graduate Consultants, including performance reviews.
•Involvement in selection and recruitment processes, including interviews and resource management input.
•Monitor margins and fee/resource forecasts for each commission, ensuring sound financial management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
•Commercial or retail fit-out experience is required.

•Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6.
