Job Summary

Lead a Boeing Enterprise Product Security (cyber) Test & Evaluation organization by establishing and running an offensive cyber test capability. Manage and mentor Product Security Test Engineering teams across locations in Missouri and Alabama, develop operational and project plans, and drive execution against business, technical, and customer requirements. Create performance metrics, resolve issues, support technical excellence initiatives, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive management.

•Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Product Security Test & Evaluation across the enterprise.
•Manage, develop, and motivate a Product Security Test Team.
•Develop project and/or operational plans aligned to BT&E organizational objectives and ensure requirements are achieved.
•Review execution plans, adjust as needed, resolve issues, and develop/monitor metrics to ensure performance.
•Ensure technical excellence through mentorship, accountability, and a positive team environment aligned with Boeing Behaviors.

Key Requirements

•Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance with U.S. citizenship required (active within the past 24 months acceptable).
•Ability to obtain program access requiring U.S. citizenship only.
•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or related equivalent).
•At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership”).
•3+ years of experience with Cyber Security, Product Security and/or Test & Evaluation; willing to travel 20% or more as needed.
