Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Networking Technology (or related) or qualifying experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac hardware.
  • •Preferred hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki security appliances, switches, routers, and access points.
  • •Comfortable working in an Agile/ITIL environment (CCNA is a plus, not required).
