Job Summary

Assist HVAC technicians and MEP teams with installation, testing, and maintenance activities on construction projects. Support HVAC system installation (ducting, piping, FCU, AHU, and VRF/VRV), help with duct fabrication, insulation, pipe fitting, and equipment installation, and perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials at site. Participate in equipment alignment, fixing, and commissioning support while keeping tools and work areas clean and organized and following supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist HVAC technicians and MEP teams in installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
•Support installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, FCU, AHU, VRF/VRV, and related equipment.
•Carry out basic support works such as lifting, shifting, and arranging HVAC materials and tools.
•Assist in duct fabrication, insulation works, pipe fitting, and equipment installation activities.
•Perform loading, unloading, transportation, and support equipment alignment, fixing, and commissioning activities while maintaining clean work areas.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience as an MEP Helper / HVAC Helper in construction or MEP projects.
•Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP installation activities.
•Experience working on Oil & Gas HVAC projects (advantage).
•Ability to handle physical work and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
•Willingness to learn and support skilled technicians.
