Sales Representative - Outdoor Running (Fixed Term)

Drive sustainable wholesale growth for Altra Running across Central & Southern Italy. Build and manage long-term retailer relationships, meet seasonal and annual sales targets, and execute go-to-market plans with strong sell-in and sell-through. Ensure outstanding in-store brand visibility through merchandising and account execution, monitor market and competitor trends, support local retail events and marketing activations, and deliver product/brand training to retail partners.
