Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy high-quality features across web and desktop-native applications.
•Write clean, modular code with unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
•Ship features on time with high quality and reliability, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to resolve critical issues.
•Collaborate with product, growth, and cross-functional partners to optimize monetization, signup, onboarding, activation, and expansion experiences.
•Develop experimentation and feature-flag capabilities to enable rapid iteration, data-driven product decisions, and scalable growth initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 147,000 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
•Proficiency in Python, Vue/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases
•Experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale production systems
•Strong debugging, debugging, and collaboration skills with evidence of mentoring others
•Experience with Agile development and modern AI-powered developer tools and workflows
