Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients and Avanade Next teams to identify, quantify, and prioritise value opportunities.
  • •Assess value pools, strategic priorities, operational constraints, and feasibility; sequence use cases by value and feasibility.
  • •Build value hypotheses, business cases, and baselines during shaping; translate AI capability into a CFO/COO/board-ready narrative.
  • •Set measurement models before delivery; track realised versus projected benefits and report variance at each gate.
  • •Collaborate with delivery teams (including FDEs and Trust Architects) to validate outcomes and contribute benchmark data to the APAC value library.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering, or a strong finance background.
  • •Strong financial modelling skills, comfortable working with incomplete data.
  • •Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates.
  • •Experience with benefits realisation on programmes where benefits were measured afterwards.
  • •Clear written and verbal reasoning to build a value case that stands up to scrutiny without the author present.
