Key Responsibilities

•Oversee tour sales teams to ensure policies are met and guests receive 5 Star service, providing training, coaching, and administrative support to tour staff.
•Oversee sanitation and public health mitigation across unit locations, and ensure staff compliance with PPE and local requirements.
•Coordinate load-in and load-out processes, ensuring stock/equipment is properly moved and supplied.
•Manage unit personnel files, including paperwork accuracy, security ID badges, and data security.
•Assist in coordinating meals with Tour Coordinator and vendors, and provide coverage during peak times.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
•Sales/retail sales background preferred.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Valid passport (must be able to work domestically and internationally).
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and a variety of computer programs.
