Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and foster customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up via in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
  • •Assess customer banking needs by obtaining and processing customer and account information, then recommend deposit and loan solutions based on customer goals.
  • •Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services, and provide a consistent client experience including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
  • •Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
  • •Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products and use available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
