Job Summary

Build strong relationships with retail and business customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagement, and consistent follow-up. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process information, provide guidance on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to customer goals. Maintain working knowledge of consumer/business banking and digital self-service tools, open accounts, complete service requests, and support credit applications while delivering an accurate, excellent client experience.

•Assess customer banking needs by obtaining and processing customer and account information, then recommend deposit and loan solutions based on customer goals.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services, and provide a consistent client experience including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
•Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products and use available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
