•Learn to develop cement designs meeting customer requirements and Halliburton commercial expectations using Halliburton simulation software.
•Learn to determine lab testing requirements and testing conditions, job preparation, and interpreting well site data for post-job analysis.
•Learn to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements while considering price and total cost to Halliburton.
•Learn to develop relationships with customers and communicate solutions to generate additional business opportunities and forecast material requirements to meet job dates.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline required.
•Passing the Technical Training Program is a requirement for promotion to the next position.
•This is an entry-level position.
•Candidates may be considered for higher level roles depending on education, experience, and skill level.
•Experience or coursework related to cementing, lab testing, or field operations is a plus.
