Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform teller functions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with bank procedures and security/compliance requirements.
  • •Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers between accounts, and cash checks/negotiable instruments.
  • •Operate online teller terminal and provide courteous resolution of customer requests and inquiries while maintaining privacy of customer information.
  • •Verify, balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies, and maintain required reports and records.
  • •Cross-sell bank products/services and assist with training/orientation, coordination with personnel, and other assigned clerical duties.
