Job Summary

Own second-line networking managed services for client IT infrastructure—monitor, triage, and resolve medium-complexity incidents and requests in line with SLAs. Review tickets, execute operational tasks, update and audit change/incident records, and coordinate with clients and internal teams during shift handovers and escalations. Establish monitoring, support initial client escalations, collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine work, and coach Service Desk/L1 teams while contributing to trend analysis and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor queues, review client requests and tickets, and resolve incidents/problems of medium complexity.
•Serve as go-to second-line support; execute operational tasks, update tickets, and identify issues before they escalate.
•Coordinate with clients and internal teams to restore services swiftly, including shift handovers, escalations, and risk-mitigated change execution.
•Establish monitoring for client infrastructure; lead and manage initial client escalations for operational issues.
•Contribute to change management, audit ticket quality, support trend analysis for automation opportunities, and assist with disaster recovery as needed.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls, plus familiarity with ticketing tools.
•At least one technical certification in the above-mentioned technologies.
•Ability to plan effectively—anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
•Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or equivalent work experience.
