Cashier II

Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and adherence to Coach service standards. Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program by promoting add-on sales and gift cards. Handle cash and related transactions with compliance, process returns and damaged goods, and complete end-of-shift audits. Keep the checkout area organized, monitor equipment issues, and assist in training and mentoring cashiers.
