Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Plaud’s localized Australia GTM integrated marketing playbook, benchmarking against best-in-class regional practices.
  • •Lead 360-degree campaign execution across PR, digital, social, and offline channels from brief through post-campaign analysis.
  • •Build and manage relationships with trade associations, media, and key industry stakeholders, aligning spend to outcomes and KPIs.
  • •Track and analyze Plaud’s brand position versus competitors, identify gaps, and adapt strategy for best-in-class performance.
  • •Translate regional growth targets into channel/budget decisions in partnership with regional leadership and report spend efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to build brand authority in professional/B2B sectors in Australia, with established networks in Australian professional/industry bodies.
  • •Hands-on experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns (PR, digital, social, offline) with full budget ownership and post-campaign reporting.
  • •Deep understanding of Australia’s media landscape, business culture, and professional-sector dynamics to localize strategy and make data-driven channel/spend decisions.
  • •Experience marketing a hardware or AI-powered consumer/professional product in Australia/APAC, ideally with a China-headquartered brand and cross-stakeholder alignment.
