Job Summary

Work on the AI Platform Product team to help define and deliver scalable AI/ML platform capabilities. Translate business, data science, and platform needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, using data and platform metrics to guide decisions. Partner with engineering, data science, MLOps, infrastructure, and governance teams in an agile environment, and apply hands-on skills to prototype and validate GenAI solutions for responsible deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and support product requirements for AI/ML platform capabilities in collaboration with engineering and data science.
•Contribute to roadmap execution across the AI/ML lifecycle, GenAI enablement, tooling, and observability.
•Translate business, data science, and platform needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
•Use data and platform metrics to inform product decisions, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement.
•Conduct acceptance evaluations, support adoption, and apply hands-on coding skills to build AI/ML and Generative AI prototypes deployed on scalable platform architectures.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
•2+ years of hands-on experience in product management or technical product roles, ideally focused on AI/ML platforms or data-driven products.
•Strong exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI, including LLM evaluations and agentic systems, and experience with AI platforms and model workflows.
•Hands-on GenAI prototyping experience using APIs and basic coding (e.g., Python) to build proofs of concept or demonstrations.
•Experience with leading public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Databricks, plus solid understanding of data processing at scale across cloud and on-prem environments.
