Key Responsibilities

•Provide independent technical support and application expertise to ensure optimal use of pump technologies in diverse applications.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor for key OEM accounts, influencing customer decision-making and delivering tailored engineering solutions.
•Act as a liaison between customers and internal customization teams for ETO opportunities.
•Develop and deliver technical documentation and support materials for internal stakeholders and customers.
•Lead advanced troubleshooting and drive process improvements using lean principles, while mentoring and training junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BS) in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or a related technical discipline; MS in engineering preferred.
•4 years of relevant experience minimum (internships/co-ops preferred).
•Technical competence in Fluid Power (Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electromechanical Systems).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer interaction capability.
•Proficiency with PC tools (MS Office, Outlook, and basic engineering software) and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
