Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent technical support and application expertise to ensure optimal use of pump technologies in diverse applications.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor for key OEM accounts, influencing customer decision-making and delivering tailored engineering solutions.
  • •Act as a liaison between customers and internal customization teams for ETO opportunities.
  • •Develop and deliver technical documentation and support materials for internal stakeholders and customers.

  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer interaction capability.
  • •Proficiency with PC tools (MS Office, Outlook, and basic engineering software) and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
