Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and expand Twilio.org nonprofit customer accounts across community and named accounts.
  • •Understand business and technical requirements and design solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform.
  • •Own full sales cycles—closing new revenue, protecting revenue, and driving upsell/cross-sells.
  • •Generate and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce/CRM and proactive collaboration with your manager.
  • •Execute sales plays and automation strategies to deliver revenue and margin results while maintaining NPS and preventing churn.
