Senior waiter

Ensure a high-quality, hygienic dining experience by preparing the restaurant for service, cleaning and sanitizing utensils, and supporting the Captain Waiter with setup (mise en place). Transport food to the dining hall, assist with plating, refill water glasses, and change ashtrays. Clear tables after meals, maintain a tidy dining area, and move dirty dishes to dishwashing while working collaboratively with the team.
