Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or written/email.
•Resolve customer concerns during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application-related matters.
•Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address daily customer-centric activities.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend corrective actions.
•Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on networking experience including design, deployment, configuration, support, troubleshooting and administration of protocols and technologies such as BGP, EVPN, MPLS, OpenFlow, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6, QoS, VRF, VXLAN, etc.
•Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark
•Strong comfort with Linux
•Familiarity with programming/scripting (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell); Cloud Environment/Automation is a plus
•Minimum MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred); industry certifications preferred
