Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and lead manufacturing and production activities to meet customer expectations within a production area.

  • •Champion Lean activities to eliminate waste and implement MESH to improve year-over-year safety performance.
  • •Train, develop, and coach team members while engaging and recognizing employees, enabling success by removing barriers and empowering decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • •3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/operations
  • •1-3 years of experience leading others
  • •Proficient reading and writing English
  • •Lean manufacturing/operational excellence skills including 6S, value stream mapping, standard work, and visual management
