Water Design-Build Project Manager

Lead the delivery of water and wastewater design-build projects from early planning through construction completion. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to align scope, schedule, and budget, support procurement of equipment and subcontractors, and drive cost control, forecasting, and reporting. Participate in constructability, value engineering, and risk management discussions, and help shape proposals and pricing strategies. Collaborate with construction teams and clients, with short-term travel as needed.
