  • •Coordinate and oversee multi-discipline design teams to align scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Assist with procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, including bid evaluations and subcontract negotiations.
  • •Contribute to scheduling, cost control, and forecasting, including job cost reporting and estimates at completion (EAC).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and 8+ years delivering water or wastewater projects using design-build methods.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing design-build project delivery from early planning through construction completion.
  • •Valid driver’s license that allows you to drive during employment (subject to motor vehicle records review).
  • •Experience with progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR delivery approaches.
  • •Experience with project cost controls, earned value analysis, and budget forecasting.
