Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end content production for brand and executive social posts, including concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, design, and publishing across multiple platforms
•Develop and refine strategy and platform-specific formats, hooks, and cadences; collaborate with leaders to ensure posts sound like them, not a brand account
•Implement social growth hacking: test formats, measure results, iterate, and build repeatable content formats to scale output
•Leverage AI-assisted production to improve efficiency while maintaining quality; document and scale successful workflows beyond a single person
•Provide timely, insightful engagement on trends and comments; collaborate with executives and internal teams to align with product launches and company goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years creating social content, with demonstrated ability to ship 5 brand posts and 5 executive posts per week
•Ability to write copy, shoot and edit short-form video, design static graphics, and build carousels independently
•Experience using AI tools (LLMs, image/video generation, automation, agents) as part of daily production workflows; explain stack and tool fit
•Deep understanding of product and user experience; translate customer workflows and pain points into resonant content
•Located in San Diego or willing to relocate; comfortable on camera when required and able to manage producers/contractors with a dedicated budget
