Distribution Center Senior HR Generalist

Partner with site leadership at a Ferguson distribution center to shape the associate experience and support business results across HR programs. Drive performance and talent initiatives, support hiring and onboarding with recruiting/shared services, and coordinate training for leaders and associates. Ensure compliance and integrity through investigations and accurate recordkeeping, and lead annual HR cycles including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
