Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead comprehensive bid analytics for global construction and semiconductor infrastructure packages, including RFP analysis, bid tabulation, scope normalization, and bid leveling.
  • •Support sourcing across Cost Plus, GMP, Lump Sum, Unit-Rate/SOV, and T&M arrangements, assessing fees/markups, contingency, LD/bonus mechanisms, bonding/insurance, payment terms, and schedule impacts.
  • •Develop and maintain should-cost and clean-sheet cost models for fab, cleanroom, chemical building, and process-utility scopes, including labor, materials, equipment, indirects, overhead/fee, contingency, and blocking issues.
  • •Analyze cost drivers and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends; prepare dashboards, risk heatmaps, and scenario analyses.
  • •Track cost performance versus budgets and maintain data integrity for cost, benchmarking, bid, change-order, and supplier datasets; partner with cross-functional teams to standardize tools, processes, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years in cost management/controls, cost modeling, and sophisticated analytics for global construction capital projects.
  • •Proven expertise in bid assessment (bid tabs, scope normalization, bid leveling) across delivery approaches such as Cost Plus, GMP, Lump Sum, Unit-Rate/SOV, and T&M.
  • •Proven change-order management experience, including rate validation, markup verification, exposure forecasting, and schedule/cost impact assessments.
  • •Practical experience with analytics platforms and ERP/project management systems such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Python, SAP, Ariba, and Procore.
