Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of event production, including pre-production, logistics, supplier selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
  • •Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
  • •Represent production during project ideation, development, and negotiations with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
