Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in production planning, line balancing, customer service, reporting and graphics, and interdisciplinary work.
  • •Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
  • •Knowledge of MRP/CRP/MPS and inventory control principles to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • •Proficiency using production scheduling software (MRP/ERP) to plan, schedule, track production progress, and identify bottlenecks; Oracle knowledge is highly desired.
  • •A good understanding of fabrication processes used in the company (welding, machining, cutting, forming) to plan production sequences and resource allocation.
