  • •Own end-to-end commission processing and incentive compensation operations, ensuring accurate and timely calculation, validation, approval, and payment.
  • •Optimize incentive compensation management (ICM) in CaptivateIQ, including commission automation and executive reporting dashboards.
  • •Lead and develop the compensation team and act as the executive subject matter expert for global sales compensation.
