Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform work in accordance with Micron safety policies after completing safety training.
  • •Serve as an Equipment and Process engineer within the DRY group, working across manufacturing technology and management to establish improved mass-production technology.
  • •Install and modify new cutting-edge equipment to improve production planning.
  • •When introducing developed products, identify product and production technology issues with related departments to achieve mass production.
  • •Drive improvement through close communication with process engineers, facilities engineers, and technicians, reporting to supervisors and stakeholders and participating in overseas production knowledge exchange and standardization.
