Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to RSAF policies and procedures and M&CA mandates; ensure maintenance activities remain within RSAF constraints for the Hawk fleet.
  • •Identify aircraft faults, debrief, and support rectification; maintain competency and ensure SQEP levels are within mandated limits.
  • •Support delivery of serviceable aircraft with the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) to meet TAGF contractual operational and flying commitments.
  • •Train technicians, maintain safety culture, and provide accurate, up-to-date information to line managers to achieve the ETIC schedule and resolve arising issues during maintenance.
  • •Manage repairable components into the supply repair channel and ensure compliance for TMDE calibration cycles, support equipment maintenance cycles, and the tool control system.

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi National Only; obtain and maintain Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership at the appropriate level throughout employment.
  • •A recognised technical qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level (or technical apprenticeship) or suitable equivalent acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Relevant type training (‘Q’ Course) and equipment-specific training if required, or Part 66 license (current or lapsed) or suitable equivalent acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Demonstrate sound oral and written two-way communication skills, tactful and discreet when dealing with people at all levels.
  • •Be quality minded and adopt a positive, proactive approach to aircraft maintenance and support issues.
