Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the deployment product roadmap for core Physical AI capabilities, translating research into customer-facing products.
  • •Turn ambiguous technical tradeoffs into clear product decisions at the research, robotics, and field deployment intersection.
  • •Define readiness for customer sites with success metrics, reliability thresholds, and release scope boundaries.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across distributed teams in research, engineering, and field operations.
  • •Supervise technical POCs and pilots for Genesis customers and partners, and define requirements with the robotics team (robot, data collection, privacy, infra constraints).

Key Requirements

  • •Track record shipping technical products where the main challenge was complex tradeoffs, not just roadmap planning.
  • •Deep technical understanding to evaluate technical policies, sim-to-real gaps, and participate in complex debug sessions.
  • •Strong bias toward field evaluation, preferring real-world testing over synthetic benchmarks.
  • •Exceptional written communication to produce durable specs and decision logs.
  • •Comfort operating with incomplete information in a fast-moving, pre-paradigm field.
