Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a primary troubleshooter in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers and ensure efficient, accurate performance of teller functions while maintaining client experience standards.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, observing/coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; assist clients in achieving goals using financial wellness tools.
  • •Balance cash drawers within guidelines, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and support onboarding/training of new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork and organize multiple tasks (required).
