Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver BCO tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Own the end-to-end Credit & Lending servicing journey to ensure a seamless, efficient process for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Combine client relationship management with risk assessment and management to maintain credit quality and risk-requisite returns.
  • •Coordinate and complete credit applications and renewals, including risk escalation management.
  • •Act as First Line of Defence by adhering to controls, maintaining internal control standards, and working with the BCO Team Lead to ensure robust MI and built-in credit risk management controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5-8 years corporate lending experience with strong analytical and credit knowledge.
  • •Strong understanding of financing instruments and banking products for Wholesale Banking.
  • •Clear understanding of Group credit risk principles, policies, and statutory compliances.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence across senior leaders.
