Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation, including handover to operations.
  • •Manage client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations, ensuring high service levels and appropriate escalation handling.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered as-sold, within baseline budget, on time, and meeting quality criteria.
  • •Manage the entire project lifecycle—requirements, timelines, and deliverables—ensuring milestones are adhered to.
  • •Support effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • •Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and external clients, including ability to work at client sites.
  • •Basic entry-level project management experience (preferably in a multinational professional services environment).
  • •Basic understanding of the project lifecycle and competency in project change management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business and/or project management (PMP certification preferred; ITIL beneficial).
