Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure construction contractors’ supervision and manpower comply with HSES policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Verify contractors follow the latest AFC project drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions within the civil discipline.
  • •Be responsible for HSES and quality aspects of work within assigned areas.
  • •Ensure contractors complete work in accordance with the project schedule.
  • •Proactively support the project team with assigned project work as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocation, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a civil or related field.
  • •Extensive experience managing civil construction activities including site preparation, piling, foundation, building, steel structure, testing, walk down, punch listing, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning.
  • •Minimum 10 years working on live plant, greenfield, and turnaround/revamp work in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or similar facilities.
  • •Strong HSES awareness, including preparation of Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
  • •Knowledge of general civil/foundation/underground/structural steel work, including building/general arrangement drawings and concrete testing with technical query handling.
