Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using hand-tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; Technical School/formal training preferred.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to coordinate on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
