Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor and implement sales strategies to exceed sales targets within a named list of 15–20 enterprise accounts.
  • •Use consultative selling to address business needs across Arista’s product portfolio for hybrid cloud and legacy IT systems.
  • •Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders to present Arista’s value proposition.
  • •Partner with systems engineers to design and position solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • •Establish and manage key channel relationships, build account plans, and run demand generation activities (e.g., happy hours, lunch-n-learns, technology forums).

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree or equivalent and 8+ years of technology enterprise sales experience.
  • •Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts in the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets.
  • •Relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user.
  • •Strong relationships in the territory and a strong hunter mentality for penetrating new logo accounts.
  • •Technical acumen and selling experience in one or more areas: Networking, SDN, NFV, switching, network automation, routing, data center, edge computing, network virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, or cloud computing/AI accounts.
