•Drive Sales Development by achieving targets, guiding staff on sales tools, and leveraging reporting to improve store performance.
•Oversee Store Operations including keyholding, financial reconciliation, Stock flow coordination, and ensuring Hermès standards and safety on the shop floor.
•Act as deputy for the Store Manager when absent, undertake projects at management direction, and produce regular performance reports for the store.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in retail management or a high-volume store environment
•Strong CRM focus with ability to understand and manage client databases
•Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff
•Proficiency in retail systems and Microsoft Office; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
•Ability to deputise for the Store Manager and manage store operations during peak periods
