Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure training needs and requirements are met.
  • •Provide training, guidance, and support to employees and assess and monitor daily workflow for timely task completion.
  • •Develop and maintain processes and procedures to enhance training and administer training courses.
  • •Compile training program metrics and run management reports.
  • •Facilitate face-to-face training (new hire orientation, LMS administrator training, and lab training) and act as first point of contact for technical, procedural, and policy questions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of work experience in the Clinical Laboratory or Biotech industry (or a relevant combination of skills, education, and experience).
  • •1–2 years leading small to mid-sized teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Software, or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/NYS regulations and ISO 13485 and/or FDA QSRs (21 CFR 820).
  • •Preferred certification in ASQ or SQA.
