Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Support training initiatives to improve operational efficiency and workplace performance. Develop, execute, and continuously refine training programs and procedures, monitor daily workflow, and provide guidance and support to employees. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training and process improvement needs, compile training metrics and management reports, and facilitate face-to-face training. Serve as a first point of contact for technical, procedural, and policy questions while maintaining HIPAA/PHI privacy training compliance.
