Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain batch plant operations to ensure timely concrete delivery by verifying and correctly entering all mix designs on incoming tickets.
  • •Monitor machinery (gauges/dials) to ensure conformance to processing specifications and receive driver feedback on concrete slumps.
  • •Diagnose and repair basic batch plant equipment; report major issues to the plant manager/supervisor and coordinate larger repairs.
  • •Order, carry, and stock admixtures and raw materials accurately; complete aggregate “cookout.”
  • •Open/close and secure the plant, maintain adherence to safety/OSHA policies, and accurately enter driver timesheets in plant software systems.

Key Requirements
