Job Summary

Lead broker enablement for Qiddiya’s real estate go-to-market through the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab. Own a comprehensive broker training strategy across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land, delivering in-person and virtual programs, building training content with cross-functional teams, and tracking readiness and conversion metrics. Act as the primary brand ambassador to external broker partners, coach agency leaders, and manage blended learning journeys across Arabic and English channels in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute a broker training strategy aligned to Qiddiya’s go-to-market roadmap across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes.
•Deliver instructor-led training, onboarding, product launch enablement, refresher sessions, certification programs, and coaching for broker and agency leaders in-person and virtually.
•Develop and adapt Qiddiya-specific training content, including product/project knowledge, sales and leasing systems and standards, compliance and ethical conduct, and market intelligence.
•Coordinate blended learning journeys with the Digital Systems team and manage learning pathways, assessments, feedback, and improvements with the Learner Experience team.
•Track training effectiveness metrics (readiness scores, assessment outcomes, engagement, NPS, and post-training conversion trends) and manage training logistics and records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate sales training or enablement.
•Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks including REGA, Wafi, Ejar, and SAMA.
•Deep understanding of real estate sales and leasing operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with credibility-building for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
•Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
